By selecting a specific company to create a custom form for, you can modify the Incident Track fields for that client to meet their needs. If the company has multiple sites, creating a custom form for the primary site will apply to all sub-sites within the company.
If a custom form is created for a sub-site, this will override the form created for the primary site and the specific sub-site's custom form will be applied to incidents reported in that site.
