User Credentials

Each user will have their own unique username and password to access the Risk Management platform. Users can log into the platform through the link listed below. If you access your account using Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials, refer to the instructions for your provider's website instead.

Recovering Credentials

You can recover your username and/or reset your password from our login page. Your platform administrator, account provider, or the Support Center can assist you with this, if necessary.

1. Click the Forgotten Username or Password? link below the log-in fields
2. Enter your email address in the Retrieve Username or Password panel
3. Check for an email from [e-mail] titled Login and password reminder for Risk Management Center
4. Click the link in that email to recover your username and reset your password

Update Credentials

You can update your password from within the platform by clicking the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the page that is titled with your profile name.
