The previous version of the Risk Management platform used a three part log-in system in which the username and password were shared between all users in an organization. Once the credentials had been entered, users would be prompted to enter their personal Access Code on the next screen.
This has changed in the redesigned platform. When creating new users in your account, you will assign a unique username and password for each user. Access codes are no longer used. This change simplifies the login process by allowing each user to recover their own credentials if necessary, and provides greater security for user accounts.
Users that were created before November 16th, 2015 will need to migrate their profiles the first time that they access the platform. To do this:
- Log in using the shared username and password
- Enter your personal Access Code
- On the following screen, set your personal unique credentials
If a user has forgotten their Access Code, click the Forgotten Access code? link in the Enter your access code panel to recover the account.

The account administrator can also complete the migration by editing that user and entering personal unique credentials for them. If you are unable to migrate your account for any reason, you can contact the Help Desk for assistance.
